The myMonizze area
Most of the information available on our app can also be accessed from your personal myMonizze area. By logging into the latter, you can check the balance of your various vouchers, view your transaction history, but also suggest new merchants you would like to see join our network and access the platforms Dealzz and Activ’.

Activ’
The Activ’ platform allows you to book and pay for sport and cultural activities. If you have received Activ’ or consumption vouchers, you can access the platform from your myMonizze area or the Monizze mobile app. Don’t hesitate to use Activ’ to book activities even after spending all of your vouchers: the platform offers you discounts of up to 30% with some of our partners!

Monizze Dealzz
Monizze Dealzz is our second online platform and offers you new ways to spend your meal, eco and gift vouchers from the comfort of your home. The platform provides two forms of Dealzz: the first one is a gift card which you can pay for by using either your Monizze vouchers or Bancontact. The second type of Dealzz is the promotional code, which can be used in the stores and online shops of our partners (where you can of course pay using your Monizze vouchers.)
In addition to all these features, Monizze also regularly builds new partnerships in order to make your life easier. You can therefore find several functionalities related to your Monizze account on the various apps with which we collaborate.
Partner apps
Joyn is a digital, multi-store loyalty card. If you connect your Monizze account to the app, you can use the latter to pay with your Monizze vouchers while earning loyalty points!
You can check the balance of your various Monizze vouchers as well as your transaction history from the “Services” tab in the Payconiq by Bancontact application.
The balance of your various vouchers and your transaction history are available in the “Pop-up” tab of the Belfius app.
You can also check the balance of your Monizze vouchers and transaction history directly from the apps CBC Mobile, KBC Mobile and KBC Brussels Mobile.
